Prices and service details on this site can change. The price you pay is the one in your written proposal.

Working with us

Every engagement starts with a written proposal or order that says what we'll do and what it costs. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins.

You agree to give us the access and information we need, such as logins to your website and Google Business Profile.

Results

No one controls how Google or AI assistants rank businesses. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, calls or revenue. We do commit to the work described in your proposal.

Payment and refunds

Payment terms are set out in your proposal.

Link building work is not refundable once outreach has started, because it can't be undone. Instead, an editorial link removed within one year of going live is replaced free.

Your accounts and content

Your website, Google Business Profile and listings stay yours. If we stop working together, you keep them.

You confirm you have the right to any content, logos and photos you give us to use.

Liability

We're responsible for doing the work with reasonable care. We're not responsible for changes made by Google, other platforms or third parties, or for losses caused by them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
